CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full Refund for Cancellation before received 30 days or more in advance.
- No Refundable Within 30 days the booking has been cancelled
- No refund for government or private ferry tickets, if already purchased ( Only For Private Ferry : Amount Will Be Refunded After Cancellation Chargers, Only If The Cancellation Is Before 24 hours )
- No refund will be given whatever for No- show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions.
- No refund for unused nights or early checkout due to change in schedule of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions.
- No refund for booking made from 15th December to 20th January.
- The refund is initiated from our end within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Please note that it may take 5 - 14 days for the money to reflecting your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
- Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel the amount would be non-refundable.
- If the tour or any part there of cannot be conducted due to natural calamity, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you.
